IAM Web Site Terms of Use

1. YOUR USE OF THE IAM SITE MEANS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OF USE
This is an agreement between you and International Association for Missions and its associated parties("IAM"). This agreement governs your use of any IAM web site or web site or web page operated by IAM ("IAM web site" or collectively "IAM web sites"). You represent that you are over 18 years of agree and have attained the age of majority in the county, state or province in which you reside and that any information you submit is complete and correct. IAM offers the IAM web sites to you only on the condition you accept this agreement without modification. YOUR USE OF THE IAM WEB SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This agreement contains disclaimers of liability and warranties.

2. IAM MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE
IAM reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which it offers the IAM web sites. You are responsible for reviewing these terms, conditions and notices prior to using the IAM site. Your continued use to the IAM Web sites after the date of such changes constitutes your agreement to these changes.

3. NO COMMERCIAL, UNLAWFUL, UNETHICAL OR HARMFUL USE IS ALLOWED
You agree not to use the IAM web site for any commercial, unlawful, unethical offensive or harmful use. You may not use the IAM web site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden or impair the IAM web site or any other web site, network or infrastructure. Using the IAM site, directly or indirectly to transmit unsolicited email is prohibited. Unlawful access, modification or attempts to modify this site ("hacking") is prohibited and may result in IP address denial and legal action. IAM may suspend or terminate your access at any time.

4. COUNSELING AND OTHER PAGES ARE INFORMATION AND OPINION ONLY
The counseling and other sections are for information and opinion only and are not intended as a substitute for counseling or other treatment. All counseling and treatment and related decisions should be made only under the direction of qualified, licensed professional counselors and other professionals. Nothing contained in the IAM Web Sites is intended to constitute professional advice, including but not limited to, counseling advice. IAM attempts to provide accurate information, but does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. IAM is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for, damages of any kind arising out of the use, reference to, or reliance on such information.

5. USE OF MATERIALS YOU POST OR PROVIDE
You grant IAM permission to use, copy, distribute, publicly display, edit, modify, translate and reformat your submission to the maximum extent permitted by law. IAM will not pay you for your submission and may remove such submission at its sole discretion.

6. INFORMATION AND LINKS TO OTHER SITES
IAM provides links to other web sites as a convenience only and is not responsible for their content or actions. Your dealings with any other persons or entities ("Third Party") is soley between you and that Third Party and you agree that IAM shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred through any such dealings. IAM does not recommend or endorse any particular product or service.

7. IAM MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEES
IAM provides the IAM web sites "as is," "as available," and "with all faults." The entire risk for satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy and effort lies with you the user. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IAM makes no representations, guarantees, warranties or conditions, express or implied and disclaims any and all representations, guarantees, warranties or conditions, express or implied. In no event will any IAM party be liable for any damages including but not limited to any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages based on or resulting from this agreement or your use of the IAM web sites.

8. IAM DISCLAIMS LIABILITY
IAM may change or remove the content at any time and for any reason. If you use the IAM site you agree the IAM and other persons ("Third Parties") may provide text, data, graphics, audio, video and other material. You agree to use the site solely at your own risk and that IAM parties are not responsible or liable for for any content, including without limitation offensive, defamatory, inaccurate, tortious, indecent, illegal or otherwise offinesive. Links for automatic translation serives are provided as a convenience only and such translations may at times be incomplete or inaccurate. You agree that IAM parties will not be held responsible for translations which are not accurate and/or incomplete. You agree that IAM parties are not responsible or liable for any content infected with viruses, worms or other dysfunctional software, delays, failures, incompatibilities with other sites, services, software, hardware or networks. You agree that IAM is not responsible for any damages or costs of any kind arising from the use of the IAM site, related sites or any content or services from any linked site.
